How do I make a booking on your website?

Use the simple form on our homepage to book a trip by selecting the date you would wish to travel, the time you would wish to depart and the number of people traveling

What information do I need in order to book?

You will need your departure date and time, your pickup and drop off location, the number of people including children and whether it’s a return Transfer or one way Transfer.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Pick up our call line on the platform and contact us for assistance we are ready and willing to help. Our team are on standby to help you out with any challenge you may face.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We have various means of paying for your transfer to ensure you can conveniently book your trip. Users can choose to book via paypal, card payment or mobile money payments

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Your luggage entitlement is defined by the size of the vehicle you book. If you are in any doubt as to whether your luggage will fit in the vehicle you booked, we strongly recommend you to upgrade to a larger one in order to ensure that you have a comfortable and stress-free journey.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Every needed details of the location of the driver will be given to you so as to identify easily. You will have a confirmation email sent to the registered address on your account which can be shown at the terminal for identification

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

The driver will also have some needed information which will help locate you wherever you are, if you are unable to.

How long will the transfer take?

Depending on the destination, an approximate time will be fixed to know how long the transfer will probably take.
